Our Customer Service Guarantee:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we would like to hear from you, please contact us at 508-212-4182.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the fact that photographs can be easily replicated once delivered, we must limit returns and refunds to defective products, which will be exchanged or credited.
Defective products are defined as damaged goods, out of focus photographs or incorrectly exposed photographs. Defects also include typos on sports products.
Refunds for defects in manufacturing will be honored if the item(s) are returned to us within thirty (30) days of delivery.
The customer understands that certain areas in a photograph will be in focus while others areas are rendered as soft focus. This is known as depth of field. The customer understands that levels of light can vary within a photograph. The light on our client may be different than the light on the background. Abbey Knoll Photography will print photos for the best overall exposure with the main emphasis given to the exposure of our clients.
If you have any question please don't hesitate to call 508.212.4182 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Understanding Photography Copyrights
Please read this very important note about Copyright protection. The U.S. Copyright Act (Title 17, United States Code) is designed to protect photographers and other artists by granting them the exclusive right to distribute, copy, edit and publish their photography by license, transfer or sale.
This is important because the Copyright Act prohibits anyone from copying, scanning, editing or sharing photographic prints, images or media without the written permission of the photographer.
Except where specifically noted, all of the photographs on this web site are copyrighted by Maura Connolly Longueil under the name Abbey Knoll Photography. All rights to reproduction, retransmission, distribution, translation, or use of any sort are reserved by me.
Because these photographs are works of art that we want you to cherish, we wanted you to know about this important Copyright protection. Respecting the Copyright Act not only protects the rights of the photographer and prevents you from being subjected to prosecution, it helps to make sure that this photographic print retains its original value as a work of art.
Please feel free to contact the studio to discuss any questions, comments or concerns you have about Copyright.
If you need additional copies of prints, if you would like to scan it, and post it to your online or social media accounts, etc., please contact us immediately. All reasonable requests will be accommodated, and may require payment of an additional fee.
I'm happy to discuss use of images for personal purposes. I do not have a set policy, but instead handle each request on a case by case basis.
If you infringe upon my intellectual property rights, I will use every legal means to recover any financial losses you cause, as well as any punitive measures the law allows.
If you've seen material from this web site appearing on some other web site, I'd appreciate it if you would send me mail and let me know when and where you saw it so I can contact the people responsible.
If you think something on this web site is infringing on your intellectual property rights, please contact me at once. If there's some other reason you object to material being used on this web site (because, for example, you appear in one of the photographs and feel the image is not flattering) let me know and we'll work to address your concern together.
